Once you've decided on new countertops, material choice is the next step. We carry Granite, Marble, Soapstone, Silestone, and Hanstone. Silestone and Hanstone are manmade quartz materials. You will find a link to their websites for more information on their respective qualities and color options.

We offer granite in stock colors sold by the square foot and in exotic colors, typically sold by the slab. Materials are available in 2cm and 3cm thickness. Most of our countertops are fabricated using only 3 centimeter material (1 1/4 inch). We do periodically have exotic granite materials, which we will offer our customers at a reduced price per square foot; please check with us on the availability of these specials, as they will be in limited supply.

Granite is a natural stone, harvested straight from the earth, then sealed and polished to bring out its beauty. It is heat and scratch resistant and merely requires mild soap and water to clean. You may purchase a granite sealant at your local hardware store, to be used once or twice a year to reseal your countertops. Though marble is also a natural stone, granite is preferable to marble for your kitchen, as marble is susceptible to scratching, staining, and damage from alcohol and acidic liquids. Marble is an excellent choice for bathrooms, desktops, and fireplace surrounds.
